A Legacy of Craftsmanship & Dedication
Dan Whiffin’s journey in the construction industry began in Chicago, where he bought and rehabbed HUD homes for resale. In the mid-1980s, he moved to Texas and quickly made his mark in the home-building industry. Starting in sales for a large production builder, he earned top awards for highest sales volume but was ultimately drawn to the construction side of the business.
His passion led him to work in land acquisitions for a major apartment development company, where he gained extensive knowledge in construction management, land development, and banking relationships. By the late 1990s, Dan had launched his own company, specializing in custom home building, high-end luxury homes, remodeling, and hazard damage restoration.
During the economic downturn, Dan was commissioned to build a fellowship hall for a church, opening the door to further specialized projects. His expertise in both marketing and construction gives him a unique ability to understand clients’ needs, ensuring every project is a personal and rewarding experience.
With a deep commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, Dan leads Chappell Pointe Properties with a focus on craftsmanship, innovation, and client relationships, making dream homes a reality across Texas.
